If no deposit – the exchange unit (old shift selector) you need to ship first.

All shift selectors we are selling – 100% tested and 100% working without faults . We do test for each buyer for 10 hours and 5.000 gear engagements eaqual 3 months city driving. and 15 minutes driving test recorded on video with live data from robot. Printed test results will be enclosed.

Why we are do sutch tests? Its possible you have wrong diagnosis and your problem is not gear shifter at all.

Yes you can return shifter, but we will charge you 50 eur for shifter testing.
